This course is intended to be watched in advance of our interview connect interview to ensure hiring team members are set up for success. In this live, remote video interview, it’s important that hiring team’s technology is set up for success, that they are able to effectively be set up with the right background and internet speed, and that they know how to use the platform to create the best experience (i.e. setting up or using preset questions or adding noted during the interview as they come up).
