  1. In the rating scales section, select the scale you like to edit.
  1. Edit the scale name.
  1. Edit the text associated with each rating field.
  1. Add or remove field from the scale using the “x” or “+” buttons.
  1. Click Save to save your settings.
  1. You may also delete the selected rating scale by clicking the Delete This Scale button. Or add a brand new rating scale by clicking Create New Scale.
