Inviting Candidates to an Event

  1. After creating and Configuring an event, click the Invite Attendees tab to invite attendees to select a time for the event.
  • Type the candidate’s information in the candidate rows.
    • Click Add Candidate Row to add new candidate fields. You can also upload with a CSV file to bulk upload candidates.
    • Click here to download a CSV upload template. After downloading the template, replace the information with your candidate information, save the file and upload it to bulk upload candidates.
      • If bulk uploading attendees, DO NOT select the “SMS Invite” or the “Send an email invitation to select an available time” check-boxes on this screen. NOTE- Due to a current issue involving the “SMS Invite” checkbox not functioning as intended, the extra steps noted below are currently required in order to send invitations via SMS.
      • Once you have your list of candidates successfully uploaded to your Location, select the check-box to the left of each candidate name that you would like to invite (or simply use the “Select All” box in the upper left-hand corner). Once you have your candidates selected, perform the following actions: Bulk Actions > Invite to Schedule > Select the SMS check-box (and if you would like to also send an email, please select “Email” as well) > Invite.
      • Please note: we recommend bulk uploading no more than 50 candidates at one time.
  1. Click the Send Invites button to preview the candidate invitation email.
    • Alternatively, you can send out invitations manually by copying the provided link at the bottom of the page and sending the link to attendees.
  1. Review and/or edit the email invitation and click Send Email.
  1. The candidate(s) will receive an email with a link to schedule a time in your event. Continue to the next lesson to see the candidate scheduling experience.
