Getting Started with AI Recruiting Assistant Creating Interview Questions Using AI Recruiting Assistant

In this lesson, we’ll cover how to create interview questions using interviewstream’s AI Recruiting Assistant. Interview questions can be used in your on demand and live video interviews.

  1. After logging in, click on the AI Interview Question Assistant menu item.
    • If you do not see the AI Interview Question Assistant option in the menu, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or contact us here.
  1. Fill out the Position, Level, Industry, Country/Region, and additional information fields.
    • All fields are optional, however, if you provide more information the AI will generate more specific questions.
  1. Click Submit to generate your questions.
    • To clear all fields, click Clear.
  1. Generated questions will appear on the right side of your screen. Click the Copy or Download button to save your questions.
