Scheduling Your Interview – Candidate View Technical Requirements Hardware Requirements

Computer

  • Supported Operating Systems: Windows 8 & 10; Mac OSX 10+
  • Recommended Internet Browsers: Most recent version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Some features may not be available when using other browsers.
  • Peripherals: External or built-in webcam/microphone/speakers/mouse

Smart Phone/Tablet

  • Supported Operating Systems: Apple iOS 9.3.5 or newer; Android OS 7.0 or newer
  • Application: Install RIVS Apply, RIVS Live or interviewstream Mobile from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (Android)
    • Highly Recommended: It is a best practice to always run the most recent app version available for all applications available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (Android).
  • Peripherals: Front Facing Camera is required

If you experience difficulties while using another browser, our recommendation is to switch to either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. At that point, if you are still experiencing difficulties, please submit a ticket to our technical support team.
