Updating Your Platform Logo

The platform company logo can be uploaded in the general company settings of your account. The company logo will be displayed to internal users in the top left corner of your account.

  1. Select the Settings option in the bottom left corner of the page.
  1. Click Company Settings.
  1. Select General.
  1. Click the Logo Manager section.
  2. Under the first Company Logo section, click the Select or Change Logo button to choose a logo that will be displayed in the top left corner of your interviewstream platform for all users in the account.
  1. Select an upload option from the left menu of the upload window, and follow the on-screen instructions.
    • Please note: this option is only available to account administrators by default.
    • Max logo size: 165px x 45px. All larger images will be scaled down and cropped.
    • Accepted file format: PNG (preferably with a transparent background)

Updating Your Candidate Experience Logo

The candidate experience logo is also uploaded in the general company settings of your account, and will be displayed to candidates during their interview processes and in the email communications sent from interviewstream.

  1. Select the Settings option in the bottom left corner of the page.
  1. Click Company Settings.
  1. Select General.
  1. Click the Logo Manager section.
  2. Under the second Company Logo section (landing pages, emails, and share links), click the Select or Change Logo button to choose a logo that will be displayed in the candidate interview experience, emails you send from interviewstream, and share links to hiring managers and external reviewers.
  1. Select an upload option from the left menu of the upload window, and follow the on-screen instructions.
    • Please note: this option is only available to account administrators by default.
    • Max logo size: 450px x 60px. All larger images will be scaled down and cropped.
    • Accepted file format: PNG (preferably with a transparent background)

Adding a New Branding Theme

Please note: Simple Branding is not enabled by default. To have the Simple Branding options turned on for your account, contact your Account Manager.

  1. Select the Settings option in the bottom left corner of the page.
  1. Click Company Settings.
  1. Select Branding.
  1. To create a new color branding scheme, click the Create New button.
  1. Name your new branding theme in the Branding Name field and click Simple Branding if applicable.
  1. Select a candidate landing page layout by selecting the radio button next to the template.
    • Vertical (default) Template: The default landing page template with list the company description, instructions, and sign-up information listed side-by-side.
    • Horizontal Template: A landing page template which lists the company description, instructions, and sign-up information in a stacked orientation.
  1. Click Create.

Branding Page Layout

  1. Color Selector Options: Edit your general color scheme.
  2. Logo Upload: Upload a new landing page logo.
  3. Company Name: Change the landing page company name.
  4. Page Preview Selector: Select the page to preview the branding theme.
  5. Save Options: Save the Branding theme or save as a copy.
  6. Preview Button: Click here to refresh the preview window with the new branding changes.

  2. Page Preview Selector: Select the page to preview the branding theme.
  3. Save Options: Save the Branding theme or save as a copy.
  4. Preview Button: Click here to refresh the preview window with the new branding changes.

Click the Register link in the menu bar to create a profile. Creating a profile allows you to track and maintain progress on course lessons you’ve started and completed.
