The following lesson will cover how to change the evaluation rubric associated with your requisition. Please note, custom evaluation rubrics can only be created by an account administrator. Please contact your internal administrator to create a new evaluation rubric.
Select the Requisitions option from the left menu.
Click the Requisition you’d like to edit.
Select the Configure tab.
Click the Reviewer Feedback Settings button.
Fill out the Review Feedback Settings page and select your rubric from the Evaluation Rubric drop-down box.
To create a new custom evaluation rubric, contact your account administrator or Account Manager.
In the External Share Link settings, choose the type of feedback you’d like external reviews to provide on candidate interviews in the requisition, and fill out the additional checkmark settings.
Simple Feedback: Simple feedback will allow the reviewer to give a single overall text-based review of the candidate.
Evaluation Rubric: Using the Evaluation Rubric will allow external reviewers to fill out the evaluation rubric selected in the above settings while reviewing a candidate.
Click Save to add the updated feedback settings to your requisition.
