Requesting Candidate Redos & Removing Interviews

The following lesson will cover how to grant candidates the opportunity to reattempt specific questions in an on demand interview as well as how to remove an existing interview from a candidate profile.

  1. After a candidate completes an interview you’ll have the opportunity to request that they redo specific portions of the interview. From the candidate’s profile, click the Redo Specific Questions button.
  1. Choose the amount of time the candidate will have to redo their responses using the Day and Hour text field.
  1. Use the check boxes to select which questions you’d like the candidate to reattempt.
  1. Click the Next button.
  1. Review/edit the email invitation. Click the Send Email button to send the redo request to the candidate. The candidate will receive the email invitation and will have until the set expiration date to complete the additional attempts.
  1. If you’d like to completely remove an existing interview from the candidate record, click the Remove Interview button.

Click the Register link in the menu bar to create a profile. Creating a profile allows you to track and maintain progress on course lessons you’ve started and completed.
