How to Share AI Summaries and Confidence Scores via Share Link

In this lesson, we’ll walk through how to share candidate interviews—along with AI-generated interview summaries and Confidence Scores—using interviewstream’s share link feature. Sharing allows team members or stakeholders without direct platform access to view interview responses, summaries, and confidence insights securely and easily.

Please Note: AI Summaries and Confidence Scores, as well as the sharing feature, are available only for interviews completed after the AI Interview Summary tool with Confidence Scoring has been activated in your account and the requisition associated with the candidate record(s). If you have not already done so, please review the Enabling AI Features within a Requisition lesson before beginning. If you do not see these features, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or contact us here.

  1. Navigate to a completed candidate interview record.
  1. In the candidate’s interview record, click the Share button located at the top right of the screen.
    • You can also share candidates in bulk by selecting the candidates from the Review Candidates tab and clicking the Share button.
  1. You’ll be given two options:
    • Share via Email: Enter the recipient’s email address. The system will automatically send them a secure link.
    • Generate Share Link: Create a unique, shareable URL that can be copied and shared manually.

      Follow the on-screen steps based on the option you choose. You can customize access and expiration settings as needed.
  1. What the Recipient Sees:

    After receiving a share link the reviewer will be able to:
    • View the candidate’s full video interview
    • See the AI-generated summary for the full interview and each question (if enabled in the requisition settings)
    • View associated Confidence Scores, offering insight into the accuracy of the summary content (if enabled in the requisition settings)

This feature is perfect for looped-in team members, hiring managers, or executive reviewers who need visibility into the hiring process—without requiring full platform access. It keeps your process efficient and collaborative, with no compromise on data clarity or candidate insights.
